examining ethnic Asian eyelid surgery
Double eyelid surgery is a common procedure for patients of Asian origin, which is not related to age. The most commonly expressed concern was the desire to maintain a natural look after surgery. Unfortunately, many Asian patients are with anecdotes of people who know that underwent eyelid surgery with poor results. This moment is well known that the patient does not want Asia to Europe anization of the eyelids, resulting in a fold under highvolume of tissue over his eyes. The patient usually requires Asian eyelid crease, which are about 50% of Asians, of course. Even if the options there, eg, directly with the cone broke epicanthal fold, or in parallel with the cone folding the fold, I discovered that there is a natural tendency sometimes in a way that is appropriate for each anatomy module.
This can be at the hearing, adding a tool to predict the expectedbends to push the skin inward. Very often it is easy to show patients what most would look natural. The fold of the lower eyelid in Asian patients than in Caucasian patients of same age and sex.
Many patients, the extension is an impression in the upper eyelid skin, where the eyelid folds inward desire sometimes, if this impression is not available, I use the height of the tarsus aesthetic as a starting point, but , the foldIt may have been lower. The thickness of the skin in Asians should be carefully examined how the transition from sub-skin brown skin of the upper eyelid in Asian patients is not uniformly the same.
Many patients have a thick skin for eyebrows, and other "transition town have thick skin on the front sub-region for the thin skin folds of the project area. The orbital septum inserts with fewer on the eyelid. I generally affect the septum and to remove very conservativeFat mainly for the purpose of an unimpeded path for closure of skin aponeurosis elevator to take during the closure. I have had patients with previous surgery overresection fat present for many that is reflected in high and low natural creases. Some of these patients received a transplant of fat in the region and subbrow orbit earlier.
My next post will be based on ethnic African American patients, "

Fashion Review:
When choosing the perfect seasonal boots, you’d typically lean towards deep burgundy, chocolate brown, or classic black, but this upcoming fall season is about to lend itself to buttery, lighter leather in the form of saddle shades. While lighter tan leather may have once been more reminiscent of warmer spring and summer months, it’s about to be embraced as a refreshing way to liven up your cold-weather wardrobe with a little western-inspired style palette. Bring out your inner cowgirl with a trendy, updated take on the rodeo-inspired boot like these Very Volatile Side Saddle Boots or these Felmini Western Boots. For something a little less literal but with a similar western vibe, try these Frye Harness Cuff Boots on for size, or these short Billie Buckle Boots from J. Crew.

BECCA Cosmetics at Mercedes-Benz New York Fashion Week Spring 2012
BECCA Cosmetics are commonly known for their nude, natural look but New York’s Fashion Week was their time to step out and show off! The BECCA Smoky Eye is intense. BECCA Cosmetics National Makeup Artist Jo Levy used false lashes on the top and bottom of the model’s eyes and combined shadows from the BECCA Lost Weekend and Prairie Moon Palettes to give rich depth in dazzling charcoals. Levy also used the BECCA Cosmetics Automatic Eye Pencil in Majorca to line the top and bottom of the models’ eyes. The effect was dramatic and worked perfectly with Venexiana’s chic and sparkling 1930′s inspired line.
The eyes were not the only place BECCA Cosmetics chose to shine. Banking on their ability to create neutral nudes they drew upon a subtle look for the lips and cheeks. Keeping the focus on the eyes, Levy used BECCA Cosmetics Sheer Tint Lip Colour in Estellaon the model’s lips and Lip & Cheek Crème in Petal on their cheeks. The BECCA Cosmetics Compact Concealers and Stick Foundations created a flawlessly smooth backdrop to work on.

Review: Maybelline Great Lash Lots of Lashes Mascara

The differences between this new, updated version of their mascara and their classic Great Lash mascara began with the brush. It’s a completely new shape, a sort of inverted, elongated “heart” which has the bulk of the bristles at the base, tapering to a point.
This shape allowed me to coat practically each and every lash (including the inner corners and bottom lashes) with just a few swipes. The formula is on the wetter side, but does dry fairly quickly and glides through the lashes easily, with absolutely no clumping or stickiness.
The mascara gave me so much additional volume and length, that after two or three coats, it looked almost like I had false eyelashes on! The separation was perfect, and for those of you who curl your lashes, this formula also holds a curl. During the day there was no smudging or flaking and the black shades give a beautiful deep, glossy color to the lashes. The mascara was also very easy to wash off at the end of the day.
Review: Runway Dramatic Liner & Sunny Glow From Jonathan Saunders Spring 2012 RTW

Runway beauty manages to be extra fascinating for helping tell the runway show’s style story. And in the case of Jonathan Saunders’ Spring 2012 runway, makeup artist Lucia Pieroni helped tell the “fabulous yet also deranged” story of a retro-chic housewife who has perhaps taken “a bit too much Valium.” As twisted as the inspiration may be, we love the results, and rounded up a few products to steal the look yourself without abusing your prescription. Of course, the ultra-thick dramatic liner is what makes the look – dip an angled brush like Estee Lauder Eyeliner Brush 20 in a black cream liner like Stila Smudge Pot (which, despite its name, won’t budge!). Skip the frosty-finished or shimmery bronzers and go for a matte sunny glow for that ideal Miami housewife look – try Cargo Matte Medium Bronzer. And be sure to finish things off with a slicked-back yet roughed-up ponytail to complete that “done but undone” look.
L’Occitane Aromachologie Hair Care Collection Review
At this time the reputable L’Occitane is not offering flights to France, but is adding a little taste of French beautication in several additions to its Aromachologie Hair Care Collection:
Shampooing Shampoo
Comprised of artemisia, petit grain, sweet orange, rosemary and palmarosa, Shampooing Shampoo intends to restore volume and shine to dry and damaged hair. This product could not have better timing as the end of beach season nears. However, such a dramatic outcome was unfortunately not my experience, and I was somewhat disappointed with the industrial scent given the emphasis on the “sweet orange and rosemary” in my mind. Nonetheless, as promised by its title, this shampoo does do a decent job of shampooing.
Soothing Concentrated Mask
With a noticeably citric scent, the mask had a much better first impression. What proved most impressive, however, was the bottle’s expert shape, which resulted in absolutely no spillage, not easily accomplished when managing oils and instructions to “massage” whilst standing under a shower of water. Nonetheless, I give a nod to L’Occitane for creating a product making said instructions capable of following. And, like its peers, the mask similarly is made with five essential oils, including chamomile, mandarin, cedar, basil and lemongrass, almost good enough to eat.
Gloss Lissant Smoothing Gloss
As far as I’m concerned, the battle of the frizz has, in my life, long outlasted that of all other wars that have started since my birth. And so enters yet another attempt to combat the frizz-fest that is my head in summertime. Again, the 5 essential oils present, this time in the forms of angelica, lavender, geranium, ylang ylang and sweet orange. A lovely bouquet that apparently also protects against heat damage and breakage. As compared to similar products, Gloss Lissant holds rank alongside frizz-fighting glosses of similar ilk, not quite head and shoulders above, but yes, at least of comparable height.
